Return & Refund Policy

2.1. Return Window

Customers in the UK may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

2.2. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing defects

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after use

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

2.3. Evidence Required

Photos/videos of the issue must be provided. Our support team reviews submissions within 3 business days.

2.4. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on the bank

2.5. Dropshipping Consideration

Due to international fulfilment, returns may not be required. In most cases, we resolve issues through refund or replacement based on evidence.

Example:
A sweater arrives with a defect → customer sends photos → approved → refund issued without returning the item.
