3.1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

3.2. Stock Limitations

Because items are sourced internationally, identical replacements may not always be available. If not, a full refund may be offered.

3.3. How Exchanges Are Handled

  1. Customer submits photos of the issue

  2. Review within 3 business days

  3. Replacement dispatched free of charge if approved

3.4. Shipping Costs

We do not charge exchange shipping fees when the error is on our side.

Example:
A size M sweater is delivered instead of size L → replacement sent free of charge.
